Prep Freeze Cook offers four ways to get meals made fresh, and we offer several choices for specific diets. You can (1) stop by our store in Washington to choose a freshly made meal, (2) place an order online, (3) host or attend a prep party (save $30 or more on 10 meals that feed five), or (4) custom order a 10-meal set. No grocery shopping or prep work required - just heat and eat when you're ready. Even cleanup is easy: our meals are already packaged in pans and bags for you.

Parties
Private party hosts pick the menu, date, time and location (our shop, your home, etc).
You then invite 10+ guests (no maximums) and everyone has a blast while creating 10 meals for each of their families at the same time (and in no time).
If you choose your own menu, you will receive 5% off your ten meals at your party. If you use the pre-selected menu for the month, you will receive 10% off your meals at the party. Awesome.

Prep Freeze Cook participates in a variety of fundraising efforts on a consistent basis. We'd love to help your cause!
How it works: You pick a date (for deliveries or in-store fundraising), you pick the menu, and we send you a flyer to use for your organization’s fundraiser. If you're going the delivery route, set a deadline for orders and then send us the full order. It’s like a virtual fundraising party: the easiest way to raise money for your organization and feed your supporters well for over a week at the same time. We have two different fundraising options:
STORE EVENT:
1) Pick a date (we offer Mondays and Thursdays)
2) Create energy and awareness of the event (we will provide you with materials to help promote the event)
3) All meals are priced at $18 and are made to serve 5
4) Your organization earns 20% of all sales generated from walk-in business on that date – no fliers needed
or
DELIVERY EVENT:
1) Pick a date/time/location of the delivery
2) Pick your menu - $180/10 meals that feed five
3) Gather orders - we will need a final meal count one week in advance
4) Your organization earns 20% of all sales from the delivery

Please read our donation terms below. If your organization qualifies, fill out the form and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.

HOW DO I HOST A PARTY?
We try to keep the process very simple.
You, as the host/hostess, get to pick the date/time/location, then pick the menu (viewable on our website – www.prepfreezecook.com) Then invite, invite, invite! Our minimum is only 10 and we have no maximum.
As we get closer to the party date, we will reach out to you to get final meal count so we can properly prep the food. We bring everything, including Ziplock bags, Sharpies, measuring tools, etc. All your guests need to bring is payment and a laundry basket (or bag) to carry their food.
You will also receive 5% off your meals for each set of meals we make.
Cost for your guests is $140/10 meals that feed five.
WE HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES...
We have specialized menus, including but not limited to, Paleo, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Dairy Free. In addition, we are happy to help create/adjust recipes to fit your needs.
DO YOU participate in FUNDRAISERS?
Yes! We have two different fundraising options:

YES – and you should join to ensure you don't miss any of our sales or specials. Simply enter your email in the footer of our website.
HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Pick your 10 meals and then email or call us with your order – be sure to include which location you would like to pick up from and if they are for Serves 2 or Serves 5 – please allow 3 business days for us to properly prep and freeze your meals.
HOW DOES THE HOSTESS SPECIAL WORK?
We have a predetermined menu each month (viewable under our Rewards tab). If you choose to use this menu for your party, you will receive 10% off your meals for each set of meals sold at your event.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE HOSTESS SPECIAL?
NO – you are welcome to pick your own 10 meals (see our full menu here) and receive 5% off your meals for each set of meals sold at your event.
IS THERE A MINImUM OR MAXIMUM FOR HOSTING A PARTY?
Our minimum for an event starts at 10, but may increase if there is additional travel required outside of our standard travel area.
You as a hostess already count as one guest for your party! If you have individuals who are interested in purchasing a set of meals, but they are unable to attend your party we can still make meals for them – this too will add to your final count. After the party, you can either deliver the meals to these people or we can store the meals in our freezer for up to 5 days. Anyone who chooses this option must prepay by phone or send a check for their meals with the hostess.
We have no maximum – we have hosted events with over 60 people before.
CAN WE BRING SNACKS/DRINKS TO A PARTY?
YES - you are more than welcome to bring in your own drinks and snacks – just don't forget the plates and cups to go with them.
CAN I CALL AHEAD TO RESERVE TAKE 'n BAKES?
YES – you can either call or email your order in. Please be sure to include which location you will be picking up from as well as your pick up date. If picking up on a sale date but reserved prior, full price will be charged.
