HOW DO I HOST A PARTY?
We try to keep the process very simple for all of our hostesses.

You, as the hostess, get to pick the date/time/location*, then pick the menu (viewable on our website – www.prepfreezecook.com) Then invite, invite, invite! Our minimum is only 10 and we have no maximum**

As we get closer to the party date, we will reach out to you to get final meal count so we can properly prep the food. We bring everything, including Ziploc bags, Sharpies, measuring tools, etc. All your guests need to bring is payment and a laundry basket (or bag) to carry their food home in.

You will also receive 5% off your meals for each set of meals we make.

Cost for your guests is $130/10 meals that feed five.
 
WE HAVE FOOD ALLERIGES
We have specialized menus, including but not limited to, Paleo, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Dairy Free. In addition, we are happy to help create/adjust recipes to fit your needs
 
DO YOU HAVE A LOYALTY CARD?
YES – Simply download the app STAMPT, create and account, and accrue stamps with each purchase.
 
DO YOU DO FUNDRAISERS?
We have two different fundraising options:

STORE EVENT:
1) Pick a date (we offer this on Mondays and Thursdays)
2) Create energy and awareness of the event (we will provide you with a flyer to help promote the event)
3) All meals are priced at $16 and are made to serve 5
4) Your organization earns 20% of all sales generated from walk-in business on that date – no fliers needed

or

DELIVERY EVENT*
1) Pick a date/time/location of the delivery
2) Pick your menu - $160/10 meals that feed five
3) Gather orders - we will need a final meal count 72 hours in advance
4) Your organization earns 20% of all sales from the delivery

YES – and you will want to join it to ensure you don't miss any of our sales or specials. Simply enter your email at the bottom right of our homepage
 
HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Pick your 10 meals and then email or call us with your order – be sure to include which location you would like to pick up from and if they are for Serves 2 or Serves 5 – please allow 3 business days for us to properly prep and freeze your meals
 
HOW DOES THE HOSTESS SPECIAL WORK?
We have a predetermined menu each month (viewable under our Rewards tab). If you choose to use this menu for your party, you will receive 10% off your meals for each set of meals sold at your event.
 
DO I HAVE TO USE THE HOSTESS SPECIAL?
NO – you are welcome to pick your own 10 meals (viewable under our Menu tab) and receive 5% off your meals for each set of meals sold at your event.
 
IS THERE A MINIUM OR MAXIMUM FOR HOSTING A PARTY?
Our minimum for an event starts at 10, but may increase if there is additional travel required outside of our standard travel area.

You as a hostess already count as 1 guest for your party! If you have individuals who are interested in purchasing a set of meals, but they are unable to attend your party we can still make meals for them – this too will add to your final count. After the party, you can either deliver the meals to these people or we can store the meals in our freezer for up to 5 days. Anyone who chooses this option must prepay by phone or send a check for their meals with the hostess.

We have no maximum – we have hosted event with over 60 people before**
 
CAN WE BRING SNACKS/DRINKS TO A PARTY?
YES - you are more than welcome to bring in your own drinks and snacks – just don't forget the plates and cups to go with them
 
CAN I CALL AHEAD TO RESERVE TAKE n BAKES?
YES – you can either call or email your order in. Please be sure to include which location you will be picking up from as well as your pick up date. If picking up on a sale date but reserved prior, full price will be charged
*Travel parties and deliveries are available through the WASHINGTON LOCATION ONLY
